Position Summary:
The HCM Analyst plays an important role on our People Systems team by serving as a key point of contact for HCM-related questions and issues including system access, troubleshooting of issues and errors, HCM implementations, and end-user support. They partner closely with our internal stakeholders and HCM Partners to ensure we are managing the system functionality as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Essential Responsibilities:
Deliver superior end-user support as well as support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Workday, our new global HCM, to our employees, managers, and people operations users.
Serve as a functional expert and key point of contact for HCM-related questions.
Resolve data discrepancies and conduct frequent audits to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
Manage user access requests and other support requests submitted by users.
Maintain procedural manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and system documentation.
Facilitate training workshops to educate employees and managers on how to use the HCM effectively.
Communicate release updates as well as lead testing efforts ahead of any major release.
Ensure the HCM is compliant with relevant laws and regulations including, but not limited to, GDPR and CCPA.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
At least three (3) years of experience working in People Systems/HRIS with at least two (2) years of experience working with Workday.
Experience in at least five (5) Workday modules including Core HCM, Help, Peakon, Benefits, US/Canada Payroll, Learning, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
Workday implementation experience is strongly preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Customer service focused with a high sense of urgency.
Demonstrated record of handling sensitive data and exercising proven discretion in addition to maintaining data security.
Demonstrated strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn and become proficient in new technologies and integrations.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while being self-motivated and results-oriented.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with a wide variety of stakeholder interests.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Ability to apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals.
Ability to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
Ability to gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
Ability to relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.
Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
Required Education & Certifications:
B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Workday Pro Certifications(s) preferred.
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $76,000 or more depending on experience
