HealthNet Operations Manager
What you’ll do
We are looking for an experienced HealthNet Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and lead innovative healthcare technology projects at FuturHealth. In this role, you'll be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital health solutions.
Our team is looking for a network operations manager who has experience in cross-functional communication, excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, strong leadership and team-building abilities, adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, critical thinking and analytical capabilities, and strong stakeholder management skills. Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with FuturHealth's strategic goals and objectives
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Manage and prioritize product backlogs, working closely with product owners to ensure maximum value delivery
Monitor project progress using metrics and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Manage project risks, dependencies, and constraints to ensure successful delivery
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new healthcare technologies
It’s a perfect match if you have:
Proven experience in program and project management with 5-7 years of expertise, including working with cross-functional teams and handling complex demands
Strong vendor management skills, with a history of successfully managing and negotiating with multiple vendors, including experience with MSOs, Labcorp, Quest, or similar organizations
Ability to track, identify, and resolve issues proactively to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines
Expertise in cross-functional collaboration, negotiating and driving alignment across various departments within the company
Previous experience in healthcare or pharmacy industries is a plus but not required; a solid background in vendor management and cross-functional project coordination is essential
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
The pay range for this role is $75,000-$100,000. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
