The Role:
We seek a Head of Sports to join our crew and take responsibility for our Sports vertical. You will focus on its business’s growth and profitability. You must have strong leadership skills and be business-driven with a result-driven mindset.
As a Head of Sports, you are expected to:
Manage a portfolio of products within the Sports vertical
Always be on top of performance (KPIs) and profitability (P&L) for your portfolio
Contribute to the vision of your products and its growth strategy
Constantly focus on business, market, and user insights (qualitative and quantitative) to gather insights feeding the strategy
Set and prioritize your portfolio and product roadmap with the VP of Product
Understand the different aspects of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) to contribute to its strategy
Find strategic sales and revenue opportunities for your portfolio
Collaborate with the Product Manager and the cross-functional team to support and guide from a business and strategic perspective when prioritizing, exploring, and solving user/business problems & opportunities
Work in an iterative and agile/lean product development mindset throughout the whole user journey (acquisition, activation, revenue & retention)
Be a manager, a true leader, and an enabler for your team, consisting of a Product Manager, SEO Manager, and Content team.

Understand and love the business side of owning product assets
Be a strategist, data-driven and focus on finding opportunities & problems to solve
Love the full spectrum of agile and lean product management
Be a true team player, enabler, and collaborator to guide your team
Accomplish leading products to be successful through a product-led and data driven mindset with a focus on understanding our users and early learnings and insights
Working proficiency in English, both verbal and written, and preferably also in Swedish
Proficient experience in business roles within Product and from agile and lean product management
Data-driven experience with analytical tools such as PowerBI, GA4, Hotjar
Capable of using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, GA4, and Search Console
A result-driven leader with excellent communication skills
Preferably experience and understanding from experimentation (CRO)
Preferably experience within an affiliation or the sports iGaming industry
Passion for Sports
Experience being a manager with a leadership mindset
