About the role
We are hiring an individual to lead Performance Marketing at ElevenLabs. This is primarily focused on the acquisition of our B2C and SMB customers. We have worked with a leading performance marketing agency to validate several paid channels (SEM, PMax, YouTube, Meta). We are at a meaningful scale already, but we want to grow this by orders of magnitude, and there's significant potential for optimization. You will be responsible for running everything related to performance marketing, including:
Managing the relationship with the performance marketing agency
Scaling our existing channels and testing new channels
Scaling our creative testing
Directing CRO experiments in collaboration with our growth engineering team
Recruiting and managing our in-house team of performance marketers as we increasingly move performance marketing in-house
You will work closely with Luke Harries (Head of Growth), Melanie Appleby (Data lead), and Ammaar Reshi (Head of Design).
Initially, this is an IC position, working closely with our external agencies and in-house teams. Over time, there's scope to grow and lead the team as we transition more in-house and scale up the channels.

What you bring
We make bets on highly driven and high-potential people. We are looking for:
5+ years in performance marketing either through your own companies, top agencies, or high-growth startups
Strong analytical abilities to analyze and allocate spend
Significant experience with at least one channel (preferably Google ads and/or Meta) — scaling campaigns from 0 to 6/7 figures per month. You can audit an account, and optimize for targeting
You know what high-converting landing pages look like and can work closely with an engineer to build them
You understand the value of quality creative and rapid iteration, and can build the creative testing engine
(Bonus but not required) experience building and managing a high-performance team
