Head of Partnerships
We are excited to hire our first Head of Partnerships! You'll work directly with the CFO (ex-McKinsey, ex-Amazon) to strategize, design and scale our partnership function.
In particular, you will:
Own our Channel Partnerships program end-to-end, including defining and executing our partnerships strategy
Build and implement a prioritized roadmap to nurture and convert channel partner opportunities into active sales conversations, identify priority partners and generate sales pipeline
Develop strong relationships within partner organizations to identify the right individuals to progress partnership work, unblock collaboration, etc.

Additional Requirements:
Travel requirements - Up to 20% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, conferences, team offsite workshops, partner meetings, and industry-related events
Can work during US time-zone friendly business hours

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $156,700-$193,300 per year, plus eligibility for additional commission/bonus ranging $78,000-$97,000, with an overall OTE of $234,700-$290,300; Eligibility for an additional end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
