As Head of New Product Commercialization, you’ll spearhead the launch of innovative products from concept to market. This role involves shaping products from the ground up, and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure we introduce game-changing products that create a meaningful impact on our customers’ and our business.
As a senior level individual contributor (IC), you will have ownership for critical decisions around your products, including developing investment thesis, setting KPI’s, working directly with customers to gather feedback, and evangelising the product to the market. This is perfect for a true 0-1 leader who has launched and scaled multiple products in the digital advertising space, and is excited to drive innovation once more.
What you'll be doing
Develop strategies for new product development and launch.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to define ideal customer profiles (ICP) through market research and first-hand qualitative data.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop winning products that solve customer problems.
Working with revenue and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies that get you in front of the ICP and land deals.
Manage the new product line’s P&L to ensure their financial viability both short term and long term.
What you'll bring to the role
Education in a quantitative field (computer science, mathematics, economics etc.)
Background working in technology companies that build CRM, CDPs, Data Warehouses, or similar products.
Deep understanding of marketing and customer data technology, and how it impacts business success.
Love for solving customer problems and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
Innate entrepreneurial spirit that has given you experience in launching products from 0-1 within an existing business, and maturing them to generate sustainable revenue.
At least 5 years of senior leadership experience, showcased through excellent communication and ability to lead through influence.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and persistence, underpinned by exceptional analytical skills
