Head of Marketing - Enterprise
About the role:
As Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our new business goals. You’ll be working closely with some of the biggest global mobile brands, showing them how they can unlock even more revenue with our AdTech solutions.

You’ll be working closely with our Sales team, Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations and leading a cross-functional Enterprise Marketing team to its success, globally.
Goals:
A major focus of this role is account based marketing for our leading MarTech product SplitMetrics Acquire which can be executed in a number of different ways. ABM is part of Enterprise marketing, and it influences metrics like MQLs, ACV, CAC, ARR. We work based on quarterly OKRs and an example key result could be connected to the target account engagement or pipeline velocity.
What you’ll be doing:
Own the creation and delivery of the marketing strategy for your business line, incl. market research, budgeting and allocating resources in the most profitable way.
Translate the strategy together with your team into an actionable plan with clear steps, timelines, goals and ownerships.
Develop initiatives that resonate with the target audience, ensuring target account engagement and pipeline generation
Set quarterly team objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure success and maintain alignment with business priorities.
Participate regularly in industry events and conversations with leads to have a deep understanding of our target market.
Foster close collaboration with Sales to ensure alignment and drive joint accountability for achieving business goals.
Lead, guide, and support your team to ensure effective and efficient execution of the marketing strategy, incl. managing dependencies across the team
Encourage a results-oriented team environment that prioritizes growth, adaptability, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
About you:
3+ years in leading marketing roles and managing cross-functional teams.
Experienced in developing marketing strategies and roadmaps for enterprise segment, with a focus on US, EMEA and APAC markets.
Strong track record in designing, executing, and managing ABM campaigns.
Entrepreneurial mindset - someone we can rely on to proactively find new/better ways of achieving results and take on opportunities.
Desire to continuously achieve ambitious pipeline goals.
Great at relationship building.
Presenting and writing exceptionally well in English.
Comfortable with direct communication and good at thinking on their feet.
Adaptable, willing to make adjustments to work or processes and able to manage conflicting priorities.
With big-picture mentality and able to define processes, technology, and people skills to enable effective delivery.
