Head of Institutional Sales & Partnerships
MetaWealth is an investment platform that tokenizes real estate assets through blockchain technology, transforming physical properties into digital tokens representing ownership stakes. This approach lowers the entry threshold for investors and enhances transparency, security, and efficiency by leveraging smart contracts and decentralized finance (DeFi) mechanisms.
As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative strategies to acquire and retain customers, boost revenue, and expand our market presence. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop growth strategies, conduct A/B tests, analyze performance data, and optimize funnels for maximum impact.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in business development and sales with at least 5 years in the traditional financial services industry
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing relationships with institutional clients.
Interest and strong understanding of the institutional DeFi market, in particular, in tokenized real world assets, adopters and the regulatory landscape
Deep understanding of enterprise market dynamics, with a proven track record of successful partnerships, deals, and/or developing enduring senior-level relationships
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a focus on detail and executive presence
Ability to discern industry needs and trends, effectively communicating insights to investment partners
Established executive relationships within the technology and finance sectors, with a strong ability to independently manage those relationships
Proven ability to self-start, operate autonomously, manage multiple priorities, independently contribute, ability to deal with ambiguity, and execute consistently in a dynamic environment
Low ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
You are an analytical thinker, able to seek and understand data to build a strategy around and execute against
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
Responsibilities
Build and cultivate strategic, positive relationships for the firm with a network of technology and finance decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and curating
strategic bridges for them to leverage the Real Estate Offerings within the MetaWealth
Platform.
Develop long-term relationships with potential business partner entities and connect to the network through introductions, meetings, corporate briefings, events, and conferences.
Build a sustainable ecosystem and generate demand through identification of financial institutions, including institutional investors and other partners who are interested in investing in tokenized real world assets
Lead efforts to build important relationships through hosting dinners, receptions, or other events to bring together our network, firm, and portfolio.
Nurture high-value relationships with senior executives in the technology and finance industries
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on B2B business development initiatives and other firm-wide goals
Stay abreast of MetaWealth investment and product areas, industry trends, portfolio investments, and leverage insights to drive business opportunities
Mentor and train other team members on our GTM Network team
Strategic Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to attract and retain institutional clients.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the RWA tokenization and real estate sectors.
Work closely with the product, engineering, and sales teams to bring new products and services to market that enable institutional investors to participate in institutional DeFi in a safe and compliant way
Manage and grow a portfolio of institutional DeFi accounts
