About The Role
This role is responsible for managing the technical aspects of GTM operations, focusing on CRM and marketing automation platforms integration and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and optimize the core GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and other related technologies to ensure seamless data flow and system integration across marketing and sales platforms. Implement best practices for data management and quality.
Continuously enhance workflows and increase automation across the GTM tech stack to drive greater efficiency and improve business outcomes. Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks within GTM functions.
Provide technical support and training to GTM teams on CRM functionalities and best practices, focusing on automation and efficiency.
Conduct research on emerging technologies, evaluate their potential, and implement solutions that enhance GTM operations and support evolving business needs. Champion the adoption of new tools and technologies within GTM teams.
Oversee the integration and functionality of PartnerStack, PartnerFleet, Crossbeam, and Salesforce to optimize partner operations and maximize actionable insights across GTM.
Manage the entire GTM tech stack for Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Partner, and Success functions, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues, ensuring continuous operational efficiency.
Develop and enforce governance policies for using and managing GTM technologies to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Skills and Qualifications
Salesforce Admin certification with experience in managing overall GTM tech tools.
Must be able to acquire necessary certifications for all business critical GTM tools within 3-6 months (PartnerStack, Crossbeam, ChiliPiper, Outreach, others as identified).
Strong technical skills with a comprehensive understanding of GTM aligned tech stacks and data architecture.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage technical issues proactively.
Experience with lead routing, campaign management, and compliance across various marketing channels.
3-5 years of experience in a GTM Operations role in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS company.
