GTM Finance Manager
Cribl is looking forward to adding a Go-to-Market (GTM) Finance Manager to the finance team to support our Sales organization. This individual will partner with GTM business leaders to drive Cribl’s strategy and long-term growth. This role reports to the Head of GTM Finance. Responsibilities
Act as a primary business partner to senior GTM leaders and a trusted advisor as it relates to Financial guidance, support and thought partnership
Own budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes for Sales teams, ensuring leadership is equipped with financial resources and data to achieve Company’s holistic goals
Partner closely with Revenue Operations team to develop and track Sales KPIs, facilitate and improve the accuracy of top-line forecasting and measure sales productivity
Coordinate with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations and Talent acquisition to maintain alignment across headcount requisitions and reporting
Perform ad-hoc analyses including ROI assessments of potential investments (e.g. entering new regions/segments, channel initiatives, etc.)
Identify on an ongoing basis the risks and opportunities associated with top-line growth and cost objectives, making recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making
Assist in preparation of reporting packages for quarterly board and investor materials
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of FP&A, Finance or Accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
Previous experience partnering with Sales and Revenue Operations teams in a Finance role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (i.e., Google Sheets/Docs/Slides) and data visualization / querying tools such as Looker
Experience with financial software tools such as Pigment, Salesforce, Anaplan, NetSuite, and advanced financial modeling skills, including ability to run scenario analysis and forecast analysis
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to build and identify avenues for increasing efficiency of Finance process and analysis
Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and wear multiple hats
Exemplary attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business-related focus

Experience at a high-growth pre-IPO SaaS company preferred
Salary Range ($110,800 - $173,075). The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
