GTM Enablement Manager-Partners
**This position is 100% remote for candidates based in the US/Canada**
The EDB GTM Enablement team works to define, manage, and measure go to market motions for EDB Postgres AI, the industry’s leading data and AI platform powered by Postgres.
The GTM Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by ensuring that field teams are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to effectively engage customers and close deals. In today’s rapidly evolving data and AI landscape, the EDB GTM Enablement Manager- Partners ensures that the Partner go-to-market strategy is seamless, from product development to customer acquisition.
Your impact will be:
Market Analysis: Conducting in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform go-to-market strategies.
Sales/Partner Training: Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for sales/partner teams, ensuring they are well-versed in product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Content Creation: Creating, curating, and managing sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and product demos that resonate with the target audience.
Communication: Acting as a liaison between product development, marketing, and partner teams to ensure alignment and clear communication across departments.
Performance Metrics: Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives and sales enablement programs.
Feedback Loop: Gathering and analyzing feedback from sales teams to continuously refine and improve training materials and strategies.
Sales/Partner Support: Providing ongoing support to sales/partner teams through regular coaching, troubleshooting, and making necessary adjustments to enablement strategies.
Customer Engagement: Assisting partner teams in crafting personalized messaging and outreach strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive pipeline growth.
What you’ll bring:
At least 7 years in sales and/or partner enablement, or a related role, at a high growth technology company.
Strong instructional skills to develop and deliver impactful training programs that enhance sales and partner team performance.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges that may hinder sales/partner team performance.
Experience with sales methodologies, processes, tools and technologies.
A deep understanding of both strategic planning and practical execution.
Excited about data and strong experience assessing business metrics.
Excellent stakeholder management and project management experience creating alignment with cross-functional teams.
High ownership: You won’t be satisfied until every GTM function achieves their potential.
Outstanding verbal and written communicator: You make the complex simple.
Scrappy and entrepreneurial: You enjoy building and iterating, and don’t mind getting messy.
Knowledge of data, AI and/or cloud technologies.
Compensation Range (DOE/Location): $140-160k + annual variable bonus
