We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to establish a comprehensive returning customer journey, encompassing all stages, with a specific focus on retention opportunities. This includes optimizing communication and tactics through our proprietary channels such as Paid Media, E-mail, SMS, and Push Notifications. The primary goal is to enhance retention levels by utilizing data and insights, while simultaneously improving key metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Repurchase Rates, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and purchase frequency, while minimizing unsubscribe rates and cancelations.
Expected outcomes & responsibilities
Own and execute the end-to-end strategic plan to achieve the goals of the selected product funnels. This involves leading teams responsible for platform media strategy, creative strategy (angles, styles), landing pages strategy, and product page conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Lead the strategy and investment on media platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, Tik Tok, and YouTube, with monthly budgets exceeding $1,000,000.
Implement and improve the media buying setup on the platform, considering campaign structure and creative setup. The goal is to deliver diversified product communication that remains sustainable over time.
Provide feedback and align strategically with the creative strategist regarding communication plans and testing, prioritizing based on impact and business needs.
Analyze data and deliver actionable insights with clear actions, due dates, and owners to recover deviations and achieve goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with leads from other squads to improve subscription and activation rates for visitors to the store.
Participate in squads aimed to define the roadmap for store improvements, ensuring an optimized site that offers a smooth, frictionless buying process to maximize conversion rate and profit per order.
Brainstorm and define action plans with channel owners to enhance the performance of organic channels, such as ambassadors, referral programs, SEO, and influencers, which directly impact customer acquisition cost (CAC).
Develop a testing plan for the store, from the product page to the thank you page, to increase profit per visitor by improving the conversion rate (CVR) and profit per order (PPO).
Plan, lead, and deploy product funnels through landing pages at specific touchpoints, ensuring the right angle and landing page style to achieve target performance.
Requirements
At least 6 years of experience working on developing marketing strategies.
A dynamic, highly ambitious individual.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams for creatives, engineering, and marketing.
Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting consumer data and information.
Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
Great organizational and time management abilities.
Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to comprehend complex technical challenges.
Basic front-end technical skills and tracking tools (nice to have)
