We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to establish a comprehensive returning customer journey, encompassing all stages, with a specific focus on retention opportunities. This includes optimizing communication and tactics through our proprietary channels such as Paid Media, E-mail, SMS, and Push Notifications. The primary goal is to enhance retention levels by utilizing data and insights, while simultaneously improving key metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Repurchase Rates, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and purchase frequency, while minimizing unsubscribe rates and cancelations.
Experience in CRM and Retention departments, showcasing strong expertise in customer segmentation and direct marketing channels.
Proven experience with Marketing and CRM platforms or campaign managers for operating owned channels such as email marketing and SMS. Familiarity with push notifications is a valuable plus.
Previous experience leading squads or multidisciplinary teams, including collaboration with creative teams to align messaging and strategy effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with data scientists to analyze daily conversion and retention metrics, using insights to refine campaigns and drive results.
