Growth Marketing Manager
Cytora is the digital risk processing AI-powered platform that enables commercial insurers to digitise all interactions with brokers, enabling optimised risk workflows and control over the target portfolio. Cytora brings together the data, processes and people enabling insurers to create multi-step risk flows that maximise efficiency and differentiate how risks are processed according to risk appetite, portfolio and automation objectives.
Position Overview
We're looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join Cytora during an exciting period of rapid growth. In this role, you will have full ownership of the marketing channel mix, working across paid and organic channels to drive customer acquisition and retention. You'll be responsible for optimizing conversions not only across performance marketing campaigns but also through our website, ensuring a seamless and high-converting user experience.

Responsibilities
Design and implement performance marketing strategies using digital platforms to maximise lead generation and conversion.
Proactively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test and incorporate into the channel mix
Constantly audit our existing channels/content streams for conversions
Understanding our target audience to define and bring segmentation strategies to execution for all channels
Own the distribution channels while ensuring proper tracking, attribution reporting and optimisation of the budget and campaigns
Make data driven, strategic decisions to optimise channel-mix and optimise CAC
Experimenting, monitoring and continually optimising targeted campaigns through appropriate channels
Help manage Cytora’s global website including CMS updates, bug reporting, SEO optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation
Own, manage and implement best practices in Cytora HubSpot
Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing team to optimise strategies to enhance lead qualification processes and increase the efficiency of pipeline progression
Identifying and optimising performance channels
A/B Testing
Work with external agencies on design, assets and creative projects
REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record of successful pipeline creation (beyond MQLs)
Experience in a fast-moving startup or scale-up
B2B/enterprise sales/SaaS experience is crucial to be successful in this role
Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions for commercial and operational performance
This role requires an entrepreneurial individual who can take on projects with minimal guidance. This person is a self-starter, a keen problem-solver, and someone who doesn’t mind getting involved with everything, whatever it takes to drive scalable and repeatable growth.
Strong sense of ownership
Experience with digital channels including LinkedIn advertising
Confident communication skills for reporting to stakeholders at different levels, ability to influence people across the organisation
Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-obsessed approach
