Growth Marketing Manager
Position Overview:
The Growth Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving our company's expansion by developing and executing data-driven strategies to acquire customers. This position requires a unique blend of analytical expertise, creative thinking, and deep knowledge of digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.
Mastery of Meta:
Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies, to maximize ROI.
Scale Meta advertising accounts to drive MQL growth while improving LTV:CPA.
Stay up to date with Meta advertising policies and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
Analyze Meta ad performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Channel Expansion:
Develop and execute targeted campaigns to effectively reach decision-makers on LinkedIn.
Continuously test and evaluate new acquisition channels to expand reach and drive MQLs.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Improve conversion rates by continuously testing and optimizing key elements, including audiences, user flows, creatives, CTAs, and landing pages.
Data-Driven Decision-Making:
Track, measure, and analyze key marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Leverage data insights to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI.
Industry & Trend Awareness: Stay informed on the latest growth marketing trends, tools, and AI to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related analytical field.
Experience: 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of success.
Paid Acquisition Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize Meta and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. Experience with other digital advertising platforms is a plus.
Analytical & Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Ability to create and set up new events in ad platforms and familiarity with Google Tag Manager.
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
