The Role
On the Revenue Operations team, you’ll help power the operational backbone driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our Revenue-Generating teams. In this role, you’ll work alongside fast-growing Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance teams on automation opportunities that facilitate the achievement of Telnyx revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Systems:
Integrations: Align with the various tech-stack owners across the organization to maintain systems and data integrity across the entire customer lifecycle.
Software Management: Act as the team expert on software applications, helping with the selection of tools and then onboarding, management and configuration of systems to meet the needs of the business.
Create frictionless workflows: Build and maintain scalable automation processes that help drive efficiency in sales and customer success activities in a range of GTM tooling.
Processes:
Coordinate Cross-Functional Processes: Facilitate improved data capture and process automation to support leaders across the growth organization. Collaborate with senior and executive leadership to manage and evolve the Telnyx revenue engine.
Analytics and Enablement: Identify early signals of potential risks in the revenue pipeline, design playbooks to address these risks, and provide paths to escalation.
Monitor & Improve Workflows: Be the go-to expert on sales and marketing workflows, knowing when to tweak or completely overhaul processes.
Who we’re looking for
B.S., M.S. degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical experience.
2+ years experience in Python, SQL, or similar data analysis/scripting languages.
1+ years experience in an operational role supporting one or more Go To Market functions, with a demonstrated history of working cross-functionally and improving revenue generation by providing data-driven insights for strategy planning (bonus for experience within the startup space).
Experience working with various CRM and marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce and Marketo. Certifications are a plus but not required.
Intermediate to advanced competence with Domo or BI tool with a passion for metrics and dashboards visualizations.
Analytical thinking - analyze, synthesize, and apply information to solve problems swiftly while weighing all pros and cons and understanding the downstream effects of decisions.
Ability to partner with different parts of the organization to identify and creatively solve major business problems.
Hands-on, proven experience implementing and managing software applications and automation tooling in a B2B company.
Excellent project management skills. Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward.
Bonus points: Experience building, using, and/or training AI models to enhance revenue generation workflows, data analysis, and processes.
