We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to develop and lead the vision and strategy of our internal-facing Demand Management product group. This is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of business strategy and product innovation to support HubSpot’s continued growth. In this role, your mission is to get the right lead to the right sales motion at the right time across all segments and geographies. We need a seasoned Product leader with a passion for internal products, experience solving for go-to-market teams, and someone who thrives when operating with cross-functional teams.
This Group Product Manager role will be responsible for leading a team of PMs responsible for a suite of features that are critical to our internal sales teams. These features include:
HubSpot’s lead pipeline
Data enrichment and lead workability services
Bespoke segmentation and territory tools, and assignment systems
Experiences to support sales rep’s sourcing activities
The Demand Management group is a critical part of HubSpot’s long term strategy. These teams are instrumental in ensuring our internal customers have the tools they need to be successful and ultimately help HubSpot grow. In this role, the GPM will be responsible for creating and executing on the vision of how we best solve for our customers in this space, maintaining a high bar for product quality while driving an excellent customer experience throughout the product, and determining how we position our capabilities here as a competitive advantage. In this role, you’ll get to:
Join a product led culture
Drive our strategy, product roadmap & guide new product ideas from an initial concept all the way to product launch
Work in alignment with partners in UX and Engineering to create the greatest value and usability for our customers
Use data to identify opportunities, strategize to execute these changes, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make these solutions for our customers
Have a big voice and greater impact - we’re excited to hear your point of view

A passion for building exemplary internal products
Experience building go-to-market products
A proven track record of building and leading diverse and inclusive product management teams as a people manager (hiring, performance management, coaching of Product Managers)
Ability to form deep partnerships with key stakeholders
Superb written and verbal communication
Data-driven orientation and growth mindset
An obsession for understanding and improving user experience
Ability to build trust, respect, and empathy, and to foster a sense of team and mission
Implemented new ways of integrating artificial intelligence into everyday processes to drive efficiency and create value
Desire and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
Someone who can add to the culture of the product team and cares about diversity, inclusion and belonging

Cash compensation range: 183056-292870 USD Annually This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. Learn more about HubSpot’s compensation philosophy. The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
