Graphic Designer
Our Marketing team is growing and we’re looking to bring on a highly talented Graphic Designer to help us bring our brand to life! If you're excited about creating eye-catching designs and working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
In particular you will:
Lead the design and execution of key brand assets, including our website, sales collateral, event materials, and other graphics, ensuring alignment with our brand identity
Implement a design system to streamline the creation of brand assets, including “self-serve” templates for internal teams.
Ensure cohesive branding across all marketing channels, including website, email, and social media.
Create a process to support various stakeholders, including establishing a Creative Brief and intake process.
Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to create engaging visuals for digital campaigns, product interfaces, and other materials.
Design visually compelling presentations, infographics, and marketing materials that communicate complex ideas simply.
Stay up to date with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements:
Proven track record of showcasing your creativity and design skills across various media (web, mobile, social, print, etc.).
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar. Experience with Figma or Sketch is a bonus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment. You can balance creativity with efficiency to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take feedback, iterate, and improve designs based on stakeholder input.
