About the Role
As a Graduate Sales Operations Executive, you will be responsible for categorising companies to ensure the New Business team have an organised pipeline of pre-qualified companies to reach out to. This is a great opportunity to develop your current skillset and learn about the life science and pharmaceutical industry within a well-established, highly successful sales engine. Responsibilities include:
Ownership of categorising campaign lists
Support the Sales Team by developing pipelines of leads
Organise and update reports
Manage and work with the CRM
Research and compile lists of potential clients
Efficiently navigate sales automation tools
Essential criteria:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
An Undergraduate degree
Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
Able to meet and achieve deadlines
Great attention to detail
Based in Northern Ireland
Desirable criteria:
Basic knowledge within Sales, Life Sciences or other science disciplines
