We are currently looking for German-speaking administrative support for a 100% remote (home office) position. We are an IT company based in Miami, Florida and Berlin.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating invoices in Quickbooks and Fastbill
- Creating documents based on templates in Google Docs
- Communicating with our customers by phone regarding questions about invoices
- Documentation of income and expenses in Google Sheets
Your profile:
- Good skills in Google Docs / Google Sheets or Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills on the phone and via email
+3 years of experience in either accounting, administration or a legal department
- Enjoy administrative tasks
- (OPTIONAL) experience in IT

- Flexible working hours (you plan your 20-40 hours per week independently)
