What You'll Do

• Build and ship impactful B2B product features using Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, Vue.js, and Node.js.

• Work closely with product, design, and other engineers to craft seamless, high-impact experiences.

• Own your work—experiment, iterate, and push boundaries.

• Balance fast innovation with long-term stability—move quickly, but don’t burn the house down.

• Help shape the future of Blinkist’s B2B product with your unique insights and ideas.

What You Need To Have

• 3+ years of production-grade experience in full-stack web development. 

• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills and experience with modern frontend frameworks—this is a must-have.

• A basic foundation in Ruby on Rails—you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable working with it.

• A product-first mindset. You care more about impact than just code quality.

• A bias for action. You don’t wait for perfect conditions—you build, ship, and iterate.

• Proficiency in English (and ideally, you're in Berlin).
