About the role
As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll be responsible for providing amazing user experiences for internal and external customers by maintaining and contributing to web applications, components, packaging configurations, and architecture decision records. You will collaborate with design, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to pull together all the threads that help us deliver and operate quality user experiences across the web and mobile.
Responsibilities
Build high-quality, scalable user experiences for both customer-facing security applications and internal tools
Contribute to our technical excellence through participating in code reviews, writing comprehensive tests and building reusable components
Partner with Product Management, Design and others to sharpen requirements and solve customer needs
Collaborate within and across engineering teams to design, plan, build, test and release features
While not a strict requirement for this role, there is potential to contribute to backend API development
Skills and Qualifications
Experience building web-based user interfaces with modern JavaScript / TypesScript, React, HTML and CSS
Solid understanding of HTTPS and RESTful API concepts
Ability to debug issues with tools like DevTools and DataDog - with the ability to troubleshoot across the full stack a plus
Experience using source control tools like git & GitHub
Experience working in a team-based agile environment
Curiosity and desire to learn how things work at the deepest levels
Bonus Points
Experience designing and building APIs or other services in a server-side language like python
Familiarity with SQL and relational datastores like Postgres
Familiarity with AI tools to support development workflows
