Franchise Onboarding Coordinator
The N2 Company is looking for a Franchise Onboarding Coordinator to join our Franchise Development team.
The Franchise Onboarding Coordinator serves as the “face” of N2 throughout the new franchise ramp-up process, providing support, encouragement, and a solutions-based approach to the onboarding experience.
In a Typical Day, You’ll:
Conduct onboarding calls and create offers in Greenhouse, our ATS.
Coordinate pre-training and Franchise Trainings, including scheduling, Zoom management, and attendance tracking.
Track and ensure timely completion of franchise legal paperwork.
Support the Growth Coach and Launch Success teams through the new franchise ramp-up process by following sales operations best practices.
Track completion of ramp-up tasks from acceptance to launch and provide reporting to the Growth Coach and Director of Product Growth.
To Land This Gig, You Need To:
Be organized with strong attention to detail.
Have the ability to effectively manage small, moving parts.
Have good communication and collaboration skills.
Be energetic and personable.
Possess strong knowledge and understanding of the Area Director role and all N2 Company brands.
Have skill competencies with the following softwares: Greenhouse, Excel, email, Calendly, Zoom Video and Zoom Phone, Compass, Google Workspace, and N2 technologies.
