Lime is adding a Manager, Global OpEx to our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will own Lime’s $175m+ corporate operating budget and will be the primary point of contact for budgeting, forecasting, and managing all aspects of corporate compensation and non-compensation spending. An integral part of your role will be developing and maintaining cross-functional relationships with each corporate budget owner (including members of Lime’s executive team) to help manage their spending, understand historical performance, and recalibrate throughout the year. You will also implement technical accounting policies that impact corporate operating spend. Overall, you will be required to develop a deep understanding of Lime’s operations, goals, and departmental priorities, and to function as a strategic business partner and source of truth for all facets of corporate spend.

This is a remote position with a requirement of Central or Mountain time zone locations.
What you’ll do:
Own all facets of corporate operating spend, including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluation for internal and external stakeholders
This includes, but is not limited to, rendered services, payment terms, and historical spend for technology vendors, 3rd party legal/accounting/tax advisors, hardware manufacturers, insurance providers, lease partners, lenders, etc.
Primary point of contact for corporate spend in the global month-end-close process
Review accruals and department classifications, budget vs. actuals analysis, preparation and delivery of robust commentary for Executive team
Partner with all corporate budget owners to understand their organizational structure, priorities, and resource needs; function as a thought partner to manage and recalibrate spend on a monthly basis
Aggregate and track all asks for incremental budget - evaluate ROI-based business cases to obtain validity and own the presentation thereof to Executive team
Proactively identify areas of risk and opportunity to ensure delivery of corporate spend targets
About you:
4-6 years experience in FP&A (public company FP&A experience is a plus)
Ability to learn and seamlessly navigate our financial reporting and forecasting tools (NetSuite and Anaplan)
Exceptional ability to develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with senior colleagues
Innate business partner mindset with ability to understand, empathize, problem solve, and prioritize unique challenges and opportunities across all departments within the organization
Effective communicator, adept at navigating conversations concerning the availability of budget and prioritization of spend
Operate with the utmost integrity, discretion, and adherence to confidentiality (in this role, you will have access to highly sensitive information)
Top-notch analytical skills with the ability to operate tactically in the weeds and strategically with senior management on critical budget decisions
Excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and written communication with top notch attention to detail
Motivated to work hard and push through obstacles in a fast-paced environment
The anticipated salary range for this position is $98,000 - $178,000. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
