Finance Manager - Agency & Sales Programs
We are seeking a Manager of Sales Finance FP&A to join our Central OPEX & Sales Programs team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for providing Sales Finance support to our expanding Agency Sales team. They will alco act as the Sales Finance centralized POC for the management, design and administration of our Sales Programs, including Joint Business Plans (JBPs), Bonus Offerings, and Agency HoldCo deals.
What You’ll Do:
FP&A POC for Agency Sales:
Collaborate with Agency leadership and Sales Strategy & Operations to develop insightful revenue reporting, accurate forecasting, and informed quota setting.
Partner with the Agency team to negotiate annual HoldCo deal terms and create reports that track intra-deal pacing and health metrics.
Centralized Deal Support:
Standardize deal support processes across the Sales Finance organization, particularly for Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and Agency HoldCo deals.
Work with the Sales and Agency teams, as well as Sales Enablement, to develop annual deal programs and set quarterly and annual targets/OKRs.
Manage Bonus Program Support:
Oversee the creation of bonus budget pools and review/approve bonus offerings.
Collaborate with Sales and Sales Enablement teams to evaluate the effectiveness of bonus programs and adjust strategies as needed.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years prior experience in an area with exposure to financial analysis and overall financial planning principles.
Experience within a fast-paced, high throughput environment such as Investment Banking / Consulting.
Demonstrated comfort in autonomously turning financial data into insights & presenting insights to a senior audience.
Financial modeling expert - comfort in creating scalable financial models from scratch in both Excel & Google sheets.
SQL knowledge - comfort in pulling data from relational databases and QA’ing own teams’ queries.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to dive into the weeds as well as analyze the big picture.
Project management - the ability to autonomously manage an end-to-end process and hold self, team and XFN stakeholders accountable.
Strategic thinking - framing ambiguous concepts, creating a path to making the problems unambiguous, and effectiveness in influencing stakeholders.
