Field Support Representative

At N2, Field Support Representatives are our liaisons between our Home Office team members and our sales rock stars, known as Area Directors. On the Support team, Field Support Reps play the role of coach, teacher, and trouble-shooter when helping Area Directors across the country. They deliver impeccable service through written and verbal communication, and while each team member is equipped to answer all types of questions, this Field Support Representative role will focus a little more on queries and issues related to the design of our print publications.
The hours for this role are 9:00am to 5:00pm ET, Monday through Friday. We’ll begin conducting virtual interviews with qualified candidates right away. This role will be fully remote.

In A Typical Day, You’d:
Help Area Directors develop their skills while building one-on-one relationships with them.
Train Area Directors in our processes and procedures via phone conferences.
Respond to a steady stream of questions, concerns, complaints, and everything in between via phone and email with both Area Directors and their advertising clients.
Work both individually and within a small, close-knit team to solve problems.
Answer incoming phone calls to cover current staffing-pattern needs.
Brainstorm and implement ways to be proactive in your role to reduce reactiveness in engaging with Area Directors.
Collaborate with our Design team to help Area Directors understand our design process and administrative tasks.
