As our next Executive Coach, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' success, guiding up to 25 IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs) at any given time. Your role is all about empowering these businesses to excel by applying the principles of Pax8 Academy. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring that our partners not only understand our core values but also implement them to transform their businesses.
What You’ll Do Every Day:
Lead with Expertise: Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to a diverse set of IT MSPs, guiding them through best practices and strategic business growth.
Inspire and Create: Collaborate with our Academy Content team to produce thought leadership articles that resonate with our partners, solidifying Pax8 as a thought leader in the industry.
Track Success: Diligently document your coaching efforts, track progress, and ensure all activities are aligned with Pax8’s processes to deliver an exceptional client experience.
What You Bring to the Table:
Leadership Experience at an IT MSP: With at least 7 years of leadership or management experience in an IT MSP, you know the industry inside and out, and you’re ready to share that knowledge.
Strategic Vision: You can see ahead to future possibilities and translate them into actionable strategies that drive success.
Client-Centric Mindset: Your strong client service skills ensure that every interaction is focused on delivering value and fostering long-term relationships.
Organizational Mastery: You’re skilled at managing multiple tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Strong Communication Skills: You can craft and deliver compelling messages, whether in a coaching session or through written communications.
Your Roadmap to Success:
Within 90 Days: You will have established strong relationships with your clients, conducted several impactful coaching sessions, and contributed to at least one thought leadership piece.
Within 6 Months: You’ll have helped your clients achieve measurable business improvements using Pax8 Academy’s principles, with documented success stories to show for it.
Within 1 Year: You will be recognized as a pivotal figure in our clients' growth, consistently driving their success and expanding the reach of Pax8 Academy’s influence.
Qualifications:
Education: B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with EOS and experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools.
Travel Requirements:
Travel up to two (2) to three (3) weeks per year to industry and company events is expected.
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $113,400 or more depending on experience
Expected Closing Date: 04/30/2025
