Enterprise Sales Project Associate

We are seeking an experienced professional with an understanding of B2B SaaS sales, Banks and/or Credit Union. Array provides an industry-leading suite of consumer credit solutions designed to strengthen financial relationships between institutions and their customers. This position is not a quota carrying or business development role, it is a support position.
You Will:
Support account executives in enterprise business development
Responsible for managing data as part of client and prospect research
Oversee and manage administrative workflows
Assist account executives with strategic outreach and effective execution of sales initiatives
Conduct and deliver precise, research-driven data and insights to elevate account executive engagement with key stakeholders with Array clients/prospects.
Organize key contacts and target lists
Update key data in key softwares such as slack, salesforce and other sales tools
Map out and create org charts of prospect organizations
Schedule and track meetings and follow ups
Coordinate with sales engineers to make sure prototypes are created based on feedback from sales reps
Schedule internal meetings to make sure the process/handoff is going smoothly between internal departments
You Have:
2+ years of work experience
A highly organized mindset
Proficiency using AI tools to maximize output and efficient to support multiple tasks
Analytical skills
Experience with SFDC
Excellent communication skills (internally and externally)
The ability to collaborate cross functionally
Customer facing experience and acumen
Proficiencies in the following softwares: Salesforce, Gong (or equivalent), AI (Gemini/ChatGPT), Slack / Canva, Figma, Google suite
Pay transparency: $70,000 + for base salary, depending on experience.
