Director, Revenue Enablement - AI & Productivity

We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead AI-driven productivity transformation, sales tools adoption and competence across our revenue organization. This role presents a unique opportunity to build and execute an innovative strategy that leverages artificial intelligence and cutting-edge tools to revolutionize how our teams work.
This is a chance to build and shape a team from the ground up, drive measurable improvement in team productivity and effectiveness and ability to set industry standards for AI adoption in revenue operations.
Our ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with strong execution capabilities, embracing a 'test and learn' mentality while maintaining focus on measurable business outcomes. This position reports directly to VP, Sales & Partner Enablement.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company. We are open to candidates located anywhere in the United States or Canada for this position.
What you’ll be doing:
Design and implement a comprehensive AI and tool automation strategy across our revenue tech stack, including Gong, SalesLoft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo etc. and our learning platforms
Lead the expansion of our existing AI capabilities, including a Slack-based AI assistant, to maximize its potential across multiple use cases
Drive rapid implementation of AI-powered solutions and tools
Build and lead a high-performing team focused on AI integration, tools and productivity enhancement
Partner with revenue leadership to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement and automation
Measure and optimize the ROI of AI implementations across the revenue organization
Create scalable frameworks for AI adoption and training across teams
What you’ll bring to the table:
8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or similar roles
8+ years experience with selling tools such as SFDC, Gong / Chorus, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, etc.
Proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Exceptional project management and execution skills
Strategic thinking with a bias for action and rapid implementation
