What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a Director of Physician GTM to help us develop the new physician referral channel. You’ll be responsible for developing outreach strategies and exploring new go-to-market opportunities to generate referrals from physicians. You’ll be a leader within our Strategic Partnerships team, and your responsibilities will include:
Leading business development for partnerships with physicians or physician groups
Strategizing how to market to physicians, and creating tailored pitches based for a particular segment
Forming and executing go-to-market plans and establishing mechanisms for measuring progress
Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to establish product and operational support for the physician referral channel
Salary range: $151,200 - $210,000
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
You have experience in healthcare sales: experience selling to physicians - individual providers and provider groups
You have strong sales skills; you are creative, proactive, and persistent, with a bias for action
You can collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations teams
You have a Bachelor's degree
Nice to have: You live in or can commute to the NYC area
Bonus points for:
Experience in the mental healthcare space
Experience selling directly to physicians or PCPs
Experience selling to health systems
