The Director of Operations will lead a newly formed operations organization, with primary responsibilities spanning loss prevention, supply chain, onboarding, and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and strategically develop the Loss Prevention organization
Oversee and optimize Supply Chain processes
Manage onboarding and employee integration strategies
Design and implement fulfillment optimization methods
Collaborate with Product team to align operational strategies
Develop and track KPIs across operational domains
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Qualifications
7-10 years of operations leadership experience
Proven track record in loss prevention
Strong background in supply chain management
Experience with end-to-end fulfillment processes
Strategic planning and organizational development expertise
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Engagement Details
Fractional role, 3-6 month engagement
10-20 hours weekly
