Director of FP&A

About this Position:
G-P is currently seeking a Director of Finance to join our team. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just calculate numbers but is able to think strategically into the business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
What you'll do:
Build financial models and analyses to deliver results and drive improvements, using solid financial knowledge and business acumen.
Develop and analyze new initiatives through revenue sizing, KPI outputs, ROI planning, and risk assessment.
Align financial and operational analyses with business partners, while challenging assumptions when necessary.
Provide analysis and recommendations to business leaders to support growth and operational business decisions.
Identify and resolve finance defects and improve finance or business tools and processes.
Own financial reporting for a business area and potentially supervise or teach others.
Identify and solve complex data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders on resolutions.
Develop and execute scalable and auditable data analysis processes.
Communicate data (both written and verbal) clearly and concisely, adjusting your style based on audience.
Build effective partnerships with cross-functional peers, manage priorities, and provide guidance during unexpected events.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
7+ years experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
MBA/CPA
Experience identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan
Comfortable solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and other financial systems
Expertise delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $200,000 plus variable compensation.
