Director, GTM Tools and Technology Operations
We’re seeking a Director to join our rapidly growing Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. In this role, you will serve as a critical hire in scaling our operational capabilities. Reporting to our VP Revenue Operations, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of a team that architects, builds, and implements technology solutions aligned with our business processes to support all GTM functions. You must thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment and be passionate about building the operational foundation for future growth. You will manage several critical operational and business initiatives supported by a solid technical foundation across a variety of GTM technologies.
What You'll Be Doing:
Create a scalable GTM technology stack aligned with the company’s strategic priorities.
Partner with GTM leaders to redesign and automate business processes.
Optimize GTM systems and data to support our marketing and sales analytics.
Develop and implement policies to ensure data integrity across CRM and other key systems.
Provide feedback on additional tool capabilities and manage vendor relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and engineering, to ensure alignment with company priorities.
Lead the adoption of the latest technologies and best practices to ensure the GTM tech stack remains cutting-edge and scalable.
Stay informed on emerging industry trends, tools, and techniques that can improve operational efficiency and enhance team performance.
Ensure robust security practices and controls are implemented to support scaling at an enterprise level, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead Scrum process and facilitate regular sprints, ensuring clear communication and project milestones.
What You'll Bring Along:
10+ years of experience in marketing, sales support, and GTM technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, and integration tools.
Proven experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum management, successfully leading cross-functional teams using these frameworks.
Strong understanding of enterprise-level security and controls, with experience ensuring compliance with data protection standards and regulations.
Demonstrated experience integrating accounting systems with Salesforce / SFDC, ideally including CPQ and Netsuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
Knowledge of ITGCs and experience working in SOC, ISO, and SOX-compliant environments
Demonstrated ability to stay current with technological advancements, continuously assessing new tools and methods to drive operational improvements.
Expertise in designing scalable, reliable solutions and aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams and fostering collaboration.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
In the US, the OTE compensation range for this role is $220,000 - $265,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed on our careers page.
