Job Summary - As the Enterprise Sales Director at Level AI, you will play a pivotal role in our Sales Team. You will be responsible for maximizing your team’s performance against quota, achieving your own individual quota, and advancing the maturity and execution of the Level AI sales organization. This position offers the freedom to forge new paths and drive our mission forward. Your responsibilities will include advancing sales processes, training and onboarding new team members, and implementing sales programs to increase the velocity of our sales team. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Channel, Finance, and HR.
Responsibilities:
Hire, onboard, train, develop, and manage a team of 6-8 sales account executives to consistently overachieve their monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Ensure the success of direct reports from the time of hire, working closely to supplement and support their direct efforts.
Develop and execute a plan to exceed quota targets every quarter.
Guide prospects and coach account executives to guide prospects through a solution and value-based selling approach.
Collaborate with the Leadership Team in setting sales strategy and growth objectives.Prepare and provide weekly forecast updates.
Collaborate daily with the marketing and sales development teams to drive a coordinated Go-To-Market approach across marketing and sales resources.
Represent and present on behalf of Level AI at industry events and conferences.Ensure that sales activities are updated, current, and tracked in the CRM.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise-level agreements.
Over 10 years of experience in prospecting, developing, and closing new SaaS-based solution sales.
over 5 years managing AE's driving pipeline generation and winning new logos.
Prior experience leading cross-functional teams through large deal closing processes.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives.
Ability to effectively articulate contractual, technical, and financial value propositions to customers, including executive-level stakeholders.
