We’re looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective leadgen campaigns, create email automation via segmentation, and optimise digital channels to build a strong pipeline across our direct sales and self-service pipeline.
This is a great role for someone who is an impact-driven, performance-oriented demand gen marketer for a highly technical audience.
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Bitrise you will...
Strategise, execute, and optimise a data-driven demand generation campaigns across digital channels
Database segmentation and building email nurture campaigns and using marketing automation to engage and convert prospects and upsell customers
Website management and optimisation
Running impactful ABX campaigns in conjunction with our sales and marketing teams
Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimise
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry-specific channels
Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channels and report on results
Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward the goals to stakeholders
Document processes for consistency and transparency
Develop and execute high-impact, integrated B2B leadgen programs to achieve revenue and pipeline goals
Build and implement marketing campaigns strategy — understand key partnerships within organization to drive full funnel of customer acquisition
Report on performance across all channels and make recommendations
Oversee our campaign calendar and communicate to all stakeholders
Your key skills and qualifications...
5+ years of digital marketing experience
Proven ability to build relationships with sales, operations, and product marketing
Good baseline knowledge with marketing and sales automation tools
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and a desire to meet exceed deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Confidence in presenting pipeline numbers in regular key stakeholder meetings
Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical
Strong team player with a positive attitude
What would really knock our socks off:
Experience with DevOps, developer marketing or highly technical solutions
Experience and understanding of mobile tools and processes
Experience with Marketo, SFDC, Tableau, Clearbit and Webflow
