The role requires a deep understanding of the developer community and technical knowledge, as well as the ability to take complex ideas and make them accessible in order to inspire creativity through code.
You will work both behind the scenes and in front of the camera to bring the developer community the most relevant live and on-demand content including webinars, demos, and best practices. You will be responsible for iterating on and implementing a learning journey that supports builders creating magical customer engagement experiences, while establishing Twilio as a leader in developer education content and a partner in building innovative solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Developer Relations, to align content creation efforts with product roadmaps, marketing campaigns, and developer engagement initiatives. Provide input and insights from the developer community to inform strategic decision-making and product prioritization.
Twilio Developer Events: Work cross-functionally with Field Marketing and Events to ensure the Developer voice and point of view is represented at major company events including partnering with the team that leads SIGNAL, Twilio’s developer and customer conference, on keynote addresses, developer activations, and developer curriculum for content tracks.
Metrics and Reporting: Work with leadership to outline key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure the success of program initiatives. Iterate on the program and run experiments to continuously improve and adapt to market trends. Track and analyze program metrics and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
