Demand Generation Marketing Specialist
The role:
Newsela is looking to hire a Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize our campaigns.
This role will report to the Manager, Demand Programs and will partner closely with our Content, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations and Sales teams.
As Newsela’s Demand Generation Marketing Specialist, you are ready to dive in and execute integrated national demand programs that generate qualified leads and opportunities within our target audience.
In this role, you will:
Drive impact by helping to achieve demand generation goals by executing campaigns that will drive leads, MQLs, and pipeline
Project manage and execute webinar, direct mail, and email campaigns campaigns end-to-end to generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities
Measure campaign performance and generate data-driven insights to improve future campaign performance
Run data-informed experiments to uplevel our campaigns
Partner with Sales and SDRs on campaigns to maximize their impact

You love problem solving and thrive in organizing and executing on demand programs and enabling sales teams with the resources and communication needed to be successful
Base compensation: $68,000 - $76,000 per year.
Total compensation for this role also includes incentive stock options and benefits. This compensation range may be adjusted based on actual experience.
