Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Demand Generation Manager OR Director to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal to reach our audience, enable our content, enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and ultimately drive revenue. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, adept in digital marketing strategies, and possess a strong ability to analyze market trends to execute high impact demand generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with the company’s business goals
- Oversee and execute on creation and management of content across various platforms (blogs, social media, website, etc.), ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to execute targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive leads
- Work with our partner ecosystem on lead generation and joint campaigns, events, etc.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to increase visibility and engagement
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to continuously improve strategy and content
- Track and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize future marketing efforts
- Assist in managing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation and content marketing, preferably start-up environment adept at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tactics, including content marketing, SEO, PPC, ABM email marketing, social media, and marketing automation
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as (Google Analytics, Webflow, Salesforce, SEMRush, etc.)
- Background in advising, developing, and distributing compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and other assets, to attract and engage potential customers
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights
- Strong project management and organizational skills
$135,000 - $180,000 a year
