Demand Generation Manager
Job Summary
Bugcrowd, the pioneer, and innovator in crowdsourced security for the enterprise, is seeking a tenacious, data driven, and detail oriented demand generation manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a driven marketing professional who has hands-on experience running email marketing campaigns and demand generation programs, with the ability to execute ABM strategy across multiple channels. We are looking for a strong team player with excellent communication skills. The role will work cross-functionally with different teams in marketing and be a business partner to our sales and customer success organizations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Partner with senior manager to develop and execute account-based, multi-touch digital campaigns, creating personalized experiences aimed at buying stage progression, qualifying accounts and hitting revenue goals
Develop and manage email marketing strategy, including nurture campaigns, focusing on audience reach, messaging, segmentation, testing, and growth
Manage paid social, search, and display campaigns across platforms as well as content syndication and other 3rd party programs to increase reach and engagement
Track and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI
Align closely with cross-functional marketing teams, SDRs, sales and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and shared measurable outcomes
Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities
4+ years of relevant B2B demand generation experience in a tech start-up environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Proven ABM experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of data analysis and performance metrics to track ROI, identify patterns, and make strategic decisions based on insights
Enjoys challenges and has a determined mindset to overcome obstacles that may arise
Experience with 6sense and Marketo or similar required
Experience with Salesforce, Mutiny and Monday.com preferred
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.

Pay Range Disclosure
The base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to Qualifications, Geographical Location, Education/certifications, Experience, Skill Sets, Training, and other business and organizational needs.
At Bugcrowd, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the position of Demand Generation Manager is: $83,200 - $114,400.
This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
