Demand Gen Account Executive

The Nimble technology platform and Pharmacy Network provide innovative solutions that help biopharma companies drive medication adherence and connect with patients through targeted, HIPAA-consented advertising across in-app, mobile web, and email channels.
As a Demand Gen Account Executive, you will:
Identify and prospect potential healthcare organizations and key decision-makers within targeted markets
Qualify leads by identifying their needs and determining their fit for Nimble’s solutions suite
Utilize a consultative approach to assess customer needs and challenges
Utilize inbound and outbound strategies, including email, phone outreach, and social selling
Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to initiate conversations with prospective clients and set up qualified meetings for the sales team
Accurately maintain and update lead and prospect information into Nimble’s CRM system, ensuring data is current and comprehensive
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs, including the number of calls made, leads generated, meetings set, and revenue pipeline created
Work closely with the sales team to align on sales strategies, assist in preparing for meetings, and ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to full sales engagement
What you bring:
1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or a related field
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with CRM tools, like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field is preferred
