Data Scientist
InvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 60 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education and technology.
To support our continuous growth we are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our AI team. In this role, you will conduct data analysis, develop and train models, and evaluate their performance to drive actionable insights. You will work with our research and development team, and collaborate with our product and engineering teams to solve complex problems and improve our software solutions. Additionally, you will guide the data science processes within the organization, ensuring best practices and driving data science initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business decisions.
Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models to support various business initiatives.
Guide and oversee data science processes within the organization, ensuring adherence to best practices and promoting data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to integrate data-driven insights into our software solutions.
Communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
At least 3 years of experience guiding data science initiatives and processes within an organization.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for solving complex problems.
