CSR/Dispatcher

Now we’re growing fast—and looking for a CSR/Dispatcher who’s ready to grow with us.
What You’ll Do:
Be the calm in the chaos. You’ll be the first voice a customer hears, the one coordinating behind
the scenes, and the last follow-up to make sure everything went right.
● Answer and manage high volumes of inbound calls—professionally, promptly, and
with a smile they can hear
● Schedule jobs and dispatch technicians, keeping things moving in real time
● Follow up with customers before and after service, setting expectations and making
sure they feel taken care of
● Work across multiple channels—calls, texts, emails, scheduling software—and keep
everything running smoothly
● Balance multiple priorities with ease and confidence (and maybe a cup of coffee)
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
● Have 3+ years in a customer-facing role (HVAC / Dispatch / ServiceTitan experience is a bonus, but
not required)
● Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
● Communicate clearly, confidently, and kindly—even when things get hectic
● Can work independently and stay cool in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
● Are highly organized, responsive, and not afraid to own your role
● Are comfortable working remotely and have a reliable setup
