A quick snapshot
As the Field Marketing Manager, you will report into the marketing team and will work closely with AMER Segment and Regional leadership to activate Global GTM Plays and provide regional field marketing support to help up-market sales reps hit their pipeline and bookings goals. This is a cross-functional role that will work closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Business Development, Sales, Marketing / Sales Operations, Corporate Marketing, and more. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Cross-sell Demand Generation & Field marketing, which is a sub-function of a global Demand Generation team sitting under the marketing organization. This team acts as integrated campaign managers, tool SMEs, ABX experts, and field support to the organization.
Why it’s a big deal…
You’ll be a core member of the AMER GTM team, working together to develop a plan to build sustainable growth in the AMER Enterprise region and segment. This will help Conga fill a vital gap in our current organizational structure that will help us hit and exceed our goals. This role will have unique access to cross-functional GTM leadership and will work frontline with our sellers, empowering the vital feedback loop between Marketing and Sales.
Are you the person we’re looking for?
Relevant and related experience. You’ve walked the talk for at least 4-6 years in B2B Saas demand generation marketing and you have a proven track record in striking the right balance between Global and Regional marketing strategy. You're savvy in developing integrated campaign strategies and diligent in the execution of a wide variety of marketing tactics to achieve aggressive pipeline generation goals. You also have significant experience partnering closely with sales leadership, business development reps, AEs, and know how to “speak sales” and can discern input from the field into proper campaign optimizations. As the frontline support to our up-market AEs, this role will need to help sales leadership prioritize marketing initiatives based on regional needs and goals. This role will require the ability to quickly learn and execute across multiple tools and channels to achieve results.
A knack for reporting and a good eye for data interpretation. You should be the type of person excited to dig into data and determine what’s working and what’s not, detail the findings, and showcase the results. Being able to explain why and how to better optimize marketing efforts for the future is key to collaborating cross-functionally across Conga.
Analytical, resourceful, and collaborative. We achieve together at Conga. When you have questions, you find answers; when you’re faced with challenges, you find solutions. You turn to a variety of resources, including your colleagues, professional network, the Internet, articles, books -- whatever helps you get the job done. Then you apply that knowledge across the business where it makes sense. You also have the ability to collaborate well with diverse partners / stakeholders, influence without direct authority, and build strong relationships across teams.
Process and system oriented. As Conga continues to grow, we need to build a demand generation engine that scales. You’ve got an advanced understanding of marketing program management systems, processes and reporting tools that will serve as the marketing team’s foundation to achieve this goal. So you’ve got strong experience working with marketing automation platforms (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), ABM platforms (6sense, Folloze), intent and sales tools (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator), sales engagement tools (Outreach, Clari Groove), gifting platforms (Sendoso, Postal), and more.
Here’s what will give you an edge
Experience marketing to the legal audience. While not an absolute necessity, having experience marketing to the in-house corporate legal audience or having worked in the CLM software product category will give you an edge over other candidates.
Cross-functional background. We are accepting candidates of a variety of backgrounds as this role will blend several disciplines to achieve results. A candidate with Field Marketing, Sales Enablement, ABX, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, or Field/Marketing Operations will be considered for this role.

You should be able to operate in a fast-paced environment, constantly looking to test, improve and optimize wherever possible. You should be ambitious, enthusiastic and driven to deliver exceptional marketing programs to influence Conga’s success in the region.
ABM-first approach. B2B buying committees are bigger and more complex than ever. Understanding how to influence the entire account, and a knowledge of ABM strategies, tacticsand technologies gives you a huge leg up in this role.
In the spirit of the Conga Way, we strive to design easy-to-understand compensation programs that are fair and free from any type of discrimination.
