ABOUT THE ROLE
Step up as the key person responsible for Numa’s content strategy in both the marketing and product context, ensuring that our voice is consistent, engaging and informative.
Help shape our brand tone of voice and bring it alive across all of our guest-facing touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with our Brand, Performance Marketing, Product, CRM and Guest Experience teams.
Define and implement content operations to ensure an efficient use of yours and the team’s time.
Coordinate the localisation operation (in-house & outsourced) for all the languages that Numa is supporting.
ABOUT YOU
You’re an B2C copywriter with at least 3 years of experience in the field.
You have a portfolio of commercial work available for us to review
You’re fully fluent in English OR You’re fully fluent in German.
You’re comfortable setting priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You’re confident explaining your decisions and articulating your priorities to stakeholders.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing is a plus.
