Conversion Rate Optimization Manager

We are seeking an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to work in our marketing team. An ideal candidate has a track record of leading the strategy and execution of web experimentation roadmaps in a results-driven environment. You have a data-driven attitude, lead with a customer-centric approach, take an analytic approach to problem-solving and have a strong understanding of what data drives impact.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Creative, and Product teams to optimize existing landing pages while ensuring accurate messaging, timing, and capabilities needed to implement the changes.
Manage all key conversion points within marketing funnel, looking for ways to increase efficiencies
Manage and optimize digital assets such as landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead generation forms
Drive continuous performance improvement through the development of an ongoing experimentation roadmap aligned to short-term and long-term opportunities
Analyze and monitor page performance and user behavior across site landing pages, generate data-driven hypotheses that advise strategies, and uncover areas of opportunity to improve the customer journey
Present strategies to internal teams based on your findings from the ongoing testing, and analysis of the data.
Develop a deep understanding of our members and site visitors through data, insights, and cross-functional partnerships (Analytics, Engineering, and Consumer Insights). Leverage those insights to inform site strategy.
Partner with Analytics to establish a clear measurement framework, define critical metrics, track and analyze website performance, and run forecasts.
Collaborate with the Community Team, PMM team, and SEO Team on SEO initiatives and content opportunities that improve website conversion efficiency.
Leverage personalization capabilities to create digital experiences aligned to audiences and channels.
Support defining, developing and, and implementing web optimization and experimentation processes that drive team efficiency.
Work to increase conversion rates and drive marketing qualified leads to help the business drive revenue.
What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience as a Conversion Rate Optimization or similar role at a b2b organization
Experience using data and insights to inform requirements, ideas, and strategies with hands-on experience with web tools including CMS (WordPress), A/B testing tools (VWO), site analytics (Google Analytics 4) and business intelligence tools.
Adept at leading hypothesis-driven A/B tests, experiment design, and running experiments at scale.
Well-versed in the technical aspects of running a website, UX, SEO, domain management, HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
Synthesize data and effectively communicate and articulate strategies and plans to a wide variety of audiences.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously from strategy to execution.
Ability to adapt and thrive within the fast pace and ambiguity of a growth organization
Compensation Range: $101,000 - $123,500 + bonus and equity
