Content Strategist
We’re looking for a writer and editor to help us scale our content efforts across audiences and surfaces. In this role, you will create high quality content while supporting our content strategy team, combining hands-on writing with editorial oversight to ensure consistency across editorial surfaces. This role will report into the Content Strategy Manager and sit on the Story Studio team.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Pitch, write, and edit compelling content across formats and channels
Provide editorial support to content strategists, from messaging hierarchies to copyediting
Adapt key messages to different audiences across designers, developers, product managers, and beyond
Partner with subject matter experts to develop engaging content for product launches and key marketing moments
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience in content writing and editing, preferably in either journalism or tech
Familiarity with editorial processes
Proven ability to distill technical concepts
Strong project management and organizational skills, and comfort with working on deadlines
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience working in marketing at a high-growth tech company
Familiarity with marketing technical products
