Currently, we are expanding the capabilities of the platform to incorporate comprehensive generative voice control. This entails developing tools to convert videos and podcasts into speech, supporting multiple languages, while maintaining the unique characteristics of the speaker’s voice, providing emotional control, and even creating entirely new character voices. ElevenLabs was founded by two experienced engineers who previously worked at Google and Palantir, bringing their expertise from the world of big tech into new frontier. About the role
At ElevenLabs, ensuring our systems are developed, deployed, and used safely is our priority. We use technical safeguarding solutions to try and detect and identify problematic and harmful content, and invest in teams that help us enforce our policies. This role is for you if you enjoy the following:
Rapid and Diligent Actions: Quickly and effectively assessing user-generated content (USG), by following internal guidelines and policies. Ad hoc escalation of urgent issues, technical questions, and moderation policy queries.
Continuous Improvement: Developing and maintaining security standards and applying them in new situations. Understanding the context of requests, and communicating with users professionally.
Team Spirit: Working as part of a bigger moderation and customer support team.
Building a Safe Space: Taking pride in your role as a guardian of our community by actively ensuring that USG complies with our policies and meets our standards. Maintaining a respectful and secure environment for everyone.
Due to the nature of the role and the subject matter involved, you might be exposed to difficult content including hate speech, threats, and other offensive content. We will support you in doing your best work, but a robust emotional resilience is required for this role.

A base salary around $22,000 - $32,500; depending on qualification and experience.
