Content Marketing Specialist
Position summary:
The Content Marketing Specialist, Americas at Pax8 plays a vital role in crafting high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand and business goals. Reporting directly to the Manager of Content Marketing, Americas, this individual will focus on developing compelling narratives that resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented writer with a passion for storytelling and a knack for translating complex concepts into clear, impactful content.
Essential Responsibilities:
Content creation: Develop and write high-quality content, including campaign assets, one-pagers and guides, ad copy, and other marketing materials.
Brand alignment: Ensure all content adheres to the Pax8 brand guidelines and strategic objectives, maintaining a consistent (and consistently bold) tone and voice across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Manager of Content Marketing, Americas, and other team members to brainstorm, plan, and execute content strategies that support campaign goals.
Content optimization: Analyze content performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements to enhance engagement and conversion.
Research: Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, audience needs, and competitive landscape to inform content development.
Editing and proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
Writing expertise: At least 3 years of experience as a content specialist and/or copywriter within an advertising agency, CPG, or technology company.
Creativity: Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about content.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Attention to detail: Highly detail-oriented with a keen proofreader’s eye to ensure all content is error-free and of the highest quality.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency: Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools, as well as fluency with Microsoft Suite.
Required Education & Certifications:
B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $59,000 to $74,000, or more depending on experience.
