Compliance Analyst

Reporting to the Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager, the Compliance Analyst will be responsible for managing multiple compliance projects and / or tasks to accomplish day-to-day compliance operations.
The Compliance Analyst will partner closely with the Security, Revenue, Support, and Customer Success teams to complete customer requests, audit tasks and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Implement SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance controls.
Review processes, define evidence requirements, and gather evidence from stakeholders.
Automate and maintain compliance controls in Drata.
Manage customer requests, including security questionnaires, ensuring timely responses.
Support the GRC Manager as needed.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in GRC, Security, Risk, or related fields.
Experience with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 in a SaaS environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or with teams.
Eagerness to learn and acquire new skills.
