We are seeking an experienced Competitive Intelligence Product Marketing Manager to drive competitive insights for our Postgres AI portfolio. In this role, you'll analyze industry trends, assess competitor offerings, and enable go-to-market teams with differentiated messaging, positioning, and battle cards. You'll work closely with product, sales, and marketing to produce assets that support technical sales, improve outcomes, and generate feedback for our internal teams. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the data management landscape and a passion for helping technical products win.
Your impact will be:
Drive strategic Competitive Intelligence market analysis to produce technical sales collateral to understand the market landscape and competitor positioning.
Build battle cards and playbooks to highlight differentiation, improve product positioning, and manage objections during the sales cycle.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and other teams to produce messaging and adapt to the evolving segment and the associated target audience.
Produce enablement content to improve the understanding of the competitive landscape and help to reduce the sales cycles.
What you’ll bring:
5+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology in product marketing and related functions with an emphasis on data management.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally (e.g. across product, sales, and marketing) to deliver results.
Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
Growth mindset.

Knowledge of database, Cloud, AI technologies, and open source software.
Proven success driving successful Competitive Intelligence initiatives for database, Cloud, analytics, and/or related offerings.
